Oh yeah, you and Soj are both right there with your pieces. Excellent! It's like this pic my mom has in her bathroom of jesus on the cross, and it states, "you ask me, how much i love you...this much.." and he stretches out his arms and dies.

miz - i had that same image as i wrote this...the poem stemmed from me thinking about love and losing it, but through it all, He has always remained there for me

Ok, that was nice. I was imagining it was a guy that stuck by you while you ran and played and by some stroke of misfortune, he died right before you got it together, but this ending was even better. Similar outcome, but in this case, HE lives!
